citizenM - Discover the hotel that changed hotels

In my role as UX/Product at citizenM, I lead the design and optimization of digital experiences across web. I optimized the booking flow with ux and ui driven solutions, improved parts of the mycitizenM+ membership experience, and refined SMB account management. I also helped establishe a design system, integrated customer experience elements, and contributed to personalization and unified shopping cart strategies. Additionally, I managed the UX team, ensuring focus on the right priorities and delivering high-impact outcomes.
